I assume you all are highly encouraged that CAPTAIN KIRK HIMSELF lives on!

I myself have mixed feelings about the reboot scripts and vision, but I 
can't deny the warm, cuddly feeling I get when I think: "Captain Kirk 
lives on in a new movie series".  :).
