There is still oil and it will still need replacing - electric motors do have moving parts and those need lubrication to keep them working properly. That "oil change" may not happen as regularly, but there are other service requirements for electric vehicles that are needed instead, not to mention replacing the expensive battery packs *when* they deteriorate and can no longer hold a proper charge.
