Well, both.  I have it on my AT&T UVerse on channel 1137, but it also
broadcasts over the air locally in my area.  (In fact, since it's the
channel I watch most, I'm almost considering dumping the UVerse since the
broadcast tower for that channel is about a mile and a half away).
