What are you running?  I have tested it on Win98, WinME, WinXP, and Shita, I 
mean Vista Home Prem.

I think I know the issue if you are running XP ... you need to modify your 
MSDOS.PIF in your windows directory and set the mem higher.  I had the same 
issue when I bought this PC here.  RG Would NOT load until I modified that 
PIF, as windows was thinking there is no EMS or XMS for the DOS session.  The 
PIF is in the root directory if I remember correctly.

Took me HOURS to think of this.  As I made PIFs for RG and FD and it STILL 
wouldn't work, because WinBLOWS was reading the default PIF and not the 
created one.  Perhaps this is your issue?  As that is the only thing I can 
think of that will cause RG NOT to load.
