 Wouldn't it be easier to whip up an ugly program to do it for you?  I know I wrote a
program to convert RA to Telegard user base about a hundred years ago. I just looked
and can't find it anymore, but I am a very lazy coder and if I couldn't write it in 2 hours
(Including debugging time) I don't write it. :)
