Fast logon is just a term for no password.  I dont think they want their connection treated that way incase some idiot learns you implemented it for remote callers and which ones.  They they can be 'used' to send all sorts of bad stuff in their name.

Netmail me if the specifics arent clear.  I'd rather not get graphic on just who and what you might open up with that in the open echo.
