I checked the message in the msgbase. The real date/time is "21 Nov 23  22:50:36" there. However the msg has no TZUTC kludge, so SmapiNNTPd fails to convert the date to server timezone, which is 0200. Apparently a bug in (my?) SmapiNNTPd.
