The third beta of SeaMonkey 2.21 is now available. Based on the Bitwise Gecko 
work available in FF24.8.1ESR beta 4 with the addition of sydneyaudio to allow 
sound in HTML5 videos etc, it has basically the same requirements.

Note that an updated Lightning is needed with this update,
