Also, responsible for working with Retirement Services Technology Planner to maintain the RSRA and to ensure alignment of the RSRA with the Enterprise Reference Architecture (ERA). Responsibilities: Lead efforts during projects’ planning phase to size project costs for the purposes of budget, resource planning, and cost/benefit analysis Create project architectures in alignment with the RS Reference Architecture (RSRA), and obtain review and approval according to Enterprise Architecture protocols. Supports the Project Manager in planning the project with appropriate agile thought process (iterative delivery, etc.) Support Designers in the development of planning and definition level estimates and assumptions. Mentor and support Designers and Developers in implementation of project architectures Ensure all solutions are designed to perform efficiently, are scalable and re-usable. Verify that project has been implemented according to architecture, and approve implementation Assist project managers in developing mitigation strategies to address major project technical risks Working with Technology Planner, maintain RSRA and RS Technology Plan Working with Technology Planner, represent the Line Of Business in the creation and maintenance of the enterprise reference architecture and technology portfolio standards. Ensure that usage patterns defined by the enterprise architecture group meet Line Of Business needs.
