Roles and Responsibilities: • Support Work Process Project Manager (WP PM) in developing detailed work plans. • Team member will support the WP PM and program leadership as needed in the analysis and implementation of business improvement initiatives. • Participate in design, development and potentially implementation of business process and systems documentation. • Provide documentation of standards, procedures, process flows and maps, education material and other materials as needed. • Proactively gather information regarding business processes for review and analysis by the Manufacturing Excellence & Support team. • The Business Process Specialist (Business Analyst) will be required to demonstrate an understanding of the desired business results and processes. • Participate in the development of workshop agendas and materials. • Provide input to Change Manager to develop change management plans and materials regarding work process development and implementation.
