Yes.. I guess it's one of those lines/phrases that is "you had to be there".   I suppose that clip would make even more sense if I watched the whole episode?  'Cuz, having two Dr. Howards still makes no sense to me.  (It's funny,  ..but why choose that name?"   The clip also reminds me of the line "This is my brother Daryl and my other brother Daryl.." in the Bob NewHart sitcom.

I really liked some of the full-length movies that the Stooges made.
