Fix mappings in Beeb and Prestel modes

In Beeb mode, receiving the byte on the left prints the one
on the right:

_ -> —
` -> £

In Prestel:
# -> £
_ -> #
` -> —

Keyboard mappings adjusted so what you press is what you see.
