According to the gitab docs, specifying dependencies shouldn't be necessary

"When dependencies is not defined in a job, all jobs in earlier stages are
considered dependent and the job fetches all artifacts from those jobs."

So... I'm a little stumped why the artifacts aren't be downloaded for this
test.
