Default to building with GDIAdd setwinsize and setwinposMove blit from rect into gdi_threadAdd beep supportAdd (non-functional) settitle supportSupport ciolib scaling in addition to GDI scalingAdd window-size snappingSupport -iG in SyncTERMGDI is still the second-least preferred mode, so auto mode will onlyuse it if the windows console somehow fails.  But at least peoplecan play with it.
