Add -A (capital a) option to enable alternate/ASCII arrow symbol modeThe CP437 character characters used for the arrow indicators aren't alwaysmapped to the expected characters in all fonts (e.g. on Windows), so add anoption to use ASCII alternatives (<>^v) when that's a problem.
