Add a configurable 'user list' moduleAlso modifying the existing (sample) userlist.js to mimic the hard-codedsbbs_t::userlist() function (from str.cpp), suitable as a user listmodule. Also added sort-by-laston-date functionality to this module,thus fixing issue #518.
