FYI: Builds after tonight...

- Image now creates a passwordless `sbbs` user/group (`1000:1000`).
- Passwordless sudo for `sbbs`
- Will set/initialize `/sbbs-data` to be owned by `sbbs`

With the passwordless sudo, it's only slightly more secure, but with the 
uid/gid set (1000:1000), should match the default user for many 
desktops, so should have less issues with file access (assuming your 
user's id matches).
