There's still a place for a non-JS door kit, but if Opendoors needs updating, someone would need to take an interest and put in the work. Not sure who would do that, but there's always a chance.

Meanwhile we do have 'dorkit' which is meant to make JS games portable beyond Synchronet. It's probably more likely to get updates and attention. I'm not sure what state Deuce left it in.
