Downloading files via FTP and HTTP are integral features of Synchronet. Sending a link to someone via the terminal server could be done (wasn't done before that I recall), but FTP URLs aren't really all that useful these days since you can't use them in modern web browsers and an HTTP URL would depend on *how* you're sharing your files via the web: ecWeb or webfileindex. > Have noticed C-net and Mystic bbses providing web links (temporary) for > larger files.
