Subj : qnet-ftp issues

I've tried to configure modopts.ini to pass username and other
settings for qnet-ftp but attempts to manually trigger
qnet-ftp.js end with timeout and attemps to use port 1024 ? 
Have no idea where that is coming from. I have tried providing
arguments on command line including port 21 and still no success.


[qnet-ftp:RICKSBBS]
   username = tlqwk
   address = ricksbbs.synchro.net
   password = PW
   port = 21

This is what I dervived after reading the wiki.
