Subj : Is there a self-service option for editing ones own personal details?

Is there any way for a user to edit their own personal user details besides
just their avatar, sig, and password?  For instance, if they want to edit their
own email address (external netmail one registered in first-time user setup),
location, computer details, phone number, etc.
