Synchronet for Windows is still 32-bit mainly because:
1. The version of the GUI development tool I use (C++Builder) only builds
32-bit binraries, and
2. There's no compelling reason that I know of to use 64-bit binaries (of BBS software) on Windows x64 systems

It has nothing to do with games.
