So I extracted this CTB.ZIP and followed it's instructions and it "worked":

So yes, it works. But if you try to withdraw without first depositing, you'll
get an error about opening CTB.DAT. Not a great program or anything. You could have written something better in Baja or JavaScript in less time that you've spent fussing with this.
