I pointed mine to the webv4 directory and still got the same thing.

I add the option for the toolbar to modopts, which turned the toolbar on
but it still does not have a download option, and synchronet still aborts
the transfer almost immediately... so if I did have one I doubt I would
have a chance to select it.

How do you upgrade the ftelnet used with synchronet?

I checked the ..\webv4\lib\ftelnet.js.  It has a function to pull the
splash and appears to be looking for settings.ftelnet_splash which is in
modopts.ini.  It also has this section:

     (settings.ftelnet_xfer ? 'xfer' : 'noxfer');

I tried adding ftelnet_xfer=true, ftelnet_xfer=xfer, and ftelnet_xfer to
modopts but no dice.  What is this function looking for?

Also, is there a place where one can see what URL was built to make the
ftelnet call?  That is where the result of this function ultimately appears
to go.
