I wasn't able to upload using a variety of modes in PC Plus. Was able to upload in kermit in Telemate at 9600 baud (my old 486 only has 8250 UART chips). But I see that even though the upload appeared to complete that my packet wasn't processed. The other modes I tried the file would transfer but the transfer process would never end. It was like my software wasn't telling the BBS that the transfer was done. Kept endlessly retrying to send the last packet (regardless of mode I tried). I have an ISA 16C650 chip based serial card coming in the mail so that might help. Painful to buy though. Cheapest I could find when factoring in shipping. It was only $20 and is new old stock. But shipping (US to Canada) was $25! Anyway, progress has been made and we'll see how things fair with the new serial card once it comes.
