About 20 years ago, square dancing nationally went into a decline. The kids nowadays are too immersed in their tablets, smartphones, etc., and could care less about any hobby...BBSing, ham radio, square dancing, etc. Yet, no one knows how to stop the bleeding of folks quitting the hobby, or to put it bluntly, dying off.
