Hi David, This is a very good support question. I will answer in the mailing list since it will benefit others. Ok, as of 7.0.454.4, these are stock files in the http\errors\ subfolder - 2012/06/11 03:14:04 | 3922 | http\errors\readme_errors.txt - 2012/05/29 02:54:41 | 2905 | http\errors\errors.wct - 2008/12/25 11:45:32 | 772 | http\errors\NoClientAccess.wct - 2008/09/24 21:15:48 | 473 | http\errors\NotFound.wct - 2002/07/12 06:34:58 | 600 | http\errors\NotValidated.htm - 2007/03/02 14:25:30 | 2415 | http\errors\NotValidated.wct - 2008/01/07 08:28:40 | 1802 | http\errors\passwordchange.wct - 2009/03/14 19:35:18 | 80 | http\errors\SignupAlreadyDone.wct - 2002/07/12 04:27:38 | 208 | http\errors\SignupDupeAccount.htm - 2009/01/17 06:40:24 | 1580 | http\errors\UserNotLoggedIn.wct - 2012/06/11 03:14:31 | 144 | http\errors\verinfo.dat You made a copy of your default wcat HTTP\template and HTTP\Errors into your VDG d:\web\Military World\errors\ The AUP Virtual Domains help explains what needs to be copied to a new VDG http://www.winserver.com/public/aup/Wildcat-Create-Virtual-Domain.htm So now you want to customize the http\errors\notfound.wct, so you created d:\web\Military World\errors\custom\notfound.html and it doesn't work for you, you don't see your custom web page. The solution: The custom replacement is not NotFound.html but NotFound.wct, so rename it notfound.wct and you will see it work. The trick is match the file name of the stock template you are customizing. So in this case, you want to replace notfound.wct, not notfound.html.
