I wouldnt really call it a "work effort" in the fact that one must know what they are doing during the install process. I have to admit, this is the first ever that I actually selected the "Install Everything" option.  It has a "Microsoft Windows" feel to it - you dont really know what you will end up with. In this case, it work!!

The only thing I have had trouble running in ESXi is OS2 Warp. It runs fine in VirtualBox & Mac OSX Fusion. Move it to ESXi & forget it!!
