- Make sure you are upto par with 451.8 (atleast 451.7)

- Delete any SMTPFILTERHLP.WCX you may have.

It use to be separate when SMTPFILTER was first released. But it was put
into the base system (WILDCAT.WCL) library a few versions back.

SMTPFILTER-GREYLIST.WCX is using a new function sfGetMailHeader() that is
now part of the base system but is lost with the override.

Need to add that note to the readme.
