Sorry.  I my zest to clean up the beta distribution, I forgot to include

Notice in my copy, I have the two extra sections to allow editing of the
wcsap.ini and the wcsapfilter.txt files.

In my copy of menu.wct, I have two corresponding URL lines with fn= section
names:

    fn=wcsap
    fn=wcsapfilter

The plan is to have this be a complete AVS manager at some point.
