      Title: Strawberry Feta Fusilli Salad
 Categories: Fruits, Pasta, Cheese, Herbs, Squash
      Yield: 12 servings
 
     16 oz Fusilli pasta
    1/2 c  Honey
      2 tb Hot water
      2 tb Olive oil
      2 tb Balsamic vinegar
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
      1 lb Fresh strawberries; chopped
      3 c  Chopped cucumbers
    1/2 c  Fresh mint leaves; choppped
    1/2 c  Fresh basil leaves; chopped
      1 c  Crumbled feta cheese
 
  Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and
  rinse in cold water.
  
  Place honey, hot water, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in
  a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. In a large
  bowl, combine pasta, strawberries, cucumbers, mint and
  basil. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle
  with cheese.
