      Title: Deviled Chicken Thighs
 Categories: Poultry, Breads, Nts, Herbs
      Yield: 2 servings
 
      1 ts Butter, softened
      1 ts Cider vinegar
      1 ts Prepared mustard
      1 ts Paprika
        ds Pepper
      2    Boned, skinned chicken
           - thighs
      3 tb Soft bread crumbs
      2 tb Chopped cashews
 
  In a large bowl, combine the butter, vinegar, mustard,
  paprika and pepper. Spread over chicken thighs. Place in
  a greased 11" X 7" baking dish. Sprinkle with bread
  crumbs.
  
  Bake, uncovered @ 400oF/205oC for 15 minutes. Sprinkle
  with the cashews. Bake until chicken juices run clear
  and topping is golden brown, 7-12 minutes longer.
