      Title: Oatmeal Cookie Pie
 Categories: Pastry, Pies, Fruits, Grains, Desserts
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1    Rolled refrigerated pie
           - crust
      3 lg Eggs
      1 c  Light corn syrup
    1/2 c  Packed brown sugar
      3 tb Melted butter
      1 c  Quick cooking oats
      1 tb A-P flour
    1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
    1/4 ts Salt
    3/4 c  Raisins
 
  Set oven @ 325ºF/165ºC.
  
  Unfold pie crust and place in a 9" deep dish pie plate.
  
  In a large bowl, beat together eggs, corn syrup, sugar
  and butter.
  
  Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into crust.
  Place on baking sheet.
  
  Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until top is golden brown
  and filling is set in center. Cool
