      Title: Cashew Butter Cookies
 Categories: Five, Cookies, Snacks dess, Nuts
      Yield: 20 servings
 
      1 c  Creamy cashew butter
    1/4 c  Maple syrup
    1/4 c  Ground flaxseed
    1/4 ts Salt
 
  In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Roll level
  tablespoons into balls. Place on an ungreased baking
  sheet; flatten with a fork.
  
  Bake @ 350ºF/175ºC until edges are lightly browned,
  15-18 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
