      Title: Poor Man's Hash
 Categories: Pork, Potatoes, Vegetables, Herbs
      Yield: 2 servings
 
      1 tb Butter
      2 c  Diced peeled potatoes
      5 oz SPAM; fine chopped
    3/4 c  Milk
      1 sm Onion, chopped
      1 tb Minced fresh parsley
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1/8 ts Salt
 
  In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir for
  10-12 minutes or until browned and potatoes are tender.
