      Title: Popcorn Salad
 Categories: Vegetables, Grains, Pork, Cheese
      Yield: 8 servings
 
    3/4 c  Mayonnaise
      1 c  Diced celery
  1 1/4 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese;
           - divided
      8 oz Can sliced water chestnuts;
           - drained
    3/4 c  Crumbled; cooked bacon;
           - divided
    1/4 c  Shredded carrot
      2 tb Minced chives
      6 c  Popped popcorn
 
  In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, celery, 1 cup
  cheese, water chestnuts, 1/2 cup bacon, carrots and
  chives; mix well. Add popcorn; stir to coat. Top with
  remaining 1/4 cup cheese and 1/4 cup bacon. Serve
  immediately.
