      Title: Whiskey Whipped Cream
 Categories: Five, Dairy, Booze
      Yield: 8 servings

      1 c  Cold heavy whipping cream
           - LESS 2 tb
      2 tb Whiskey
      2 tb Sugar

  Place a METAL bowl and METAL whisk in freezer for 15
  minutes.

  Add all ingredients to bowl and whisk quickly for about
  5 minutes or until soft peaks form.

  Serve with your favorite dessert or coffee beverage
