MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Scrum-Delicious Burgers
 Categories: Beef, Cheese, Pork, Mushrooms, Breads
      Yield: 6 servings

  1 1/2 lb Ground beef
      3 tb Fine chopped onion
    1/2 ts Garlic salt
    1/2 ts Pepper
      1 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c  Canned, sliced mushrooms
      6 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled
    1/4 c  Mayonnaise
      6    Hamburger buns; split
           Lettuce leaves; opt
           Tomato slices; opt

  In a large bowl, combine the beef, onion, garlic salt
  and pepper. Shape into 6 patties, 3/4" thick.

  In a small bowl, combine the cheese, mushrooms, bacon
  and mayonnaise; chill.

  Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat, 5-7 minutes on
  each side. During the last 3 minutes, spoon 1/4 cup of
  the cheese mixture onto each burger. Serve on buns, with
  lettuce and tomato if desired.
