MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Cheeseburger Quesadillas
 Categories: Beef, Pork, Breads, Cheese
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 lb Ground beef
      1 c  Ketchup
    1/3 c  Prepared mustard
      4 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled
      2 tb Worcestershire sauce
    2/3 c  Mayonnaise
      2 tb Milk
      2 tb Dill pickle relish
    1/4 ts Pepper
      8    (8") flour tortillas
      1 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
           Shredded lettuce; opt
           Chopped tomatoes; opt
 
  In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat, until no
  longer pink, 6-8 minutes, crumbling beef; drain. Stir in
  ketchup, mustard, bacon and Worcestershire sauce; bring
  to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5-7 minutes
  or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  
  Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk,
  relish and pepper.
  
  Preheat griddle over medium heat. Sprinkle 4 tortillas
  with cheese; top with beef mixture and remaining
  tortillas. Place on griddle; cook until tortillas are
  golden brown and cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes on each
  side. Serve with sauce and, if desired, lettuce and
  tomatoes.
