      Title: Dolly Parton's Coleslaw
 Categories: Greens, Vegetables, Salads
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 md Head cabbage; minced
      1 md Onion; fine minced
      1    Carrot; minced or grated
    1/2    Bell pepper, minced
    1/4 c  Sweet pickle juice
    1/4 c  White vinegar
      1 tb Dill pickles, minced
           +=OR=+
      1 tb Pickle relish
      1 c  Mayonnaise
      2 tb Sugar
    1/4 ts Black pepper
      1 ts Salt
 
  Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  
  Cover and chill until serving, at least 15 minutes.
