MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Tom & Jerry Cheesecake
 Categories: Cakes, Desserts, Cheese, Dairy. Fruits
      Yield: 9 Servings
 
      1 c  Vanilla wafer crumbs
    1/4 c  Butter; melted
      4 c  Miniature marshmallows
    1/3 c  Orange juice
     16 oz Cream cheese; softened
      1 ts Rum flavoring
      1 c  Whipping cream; whipped
           Maraschino cherries & pecan
           - halves (opt garnish)
 
  Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of a 9"
  springform pan.
  
  Bake @ 325ºF/165ºC for 10 minutes. Cool.
  
  Melt marshmallows with orange juice over low heat;
  stir occasionally until smooth. Chill until slightly
  thickened.
  
  Mix chilled marshmallow mixture until well blended;
  set aside.
  
  Combine softened cream cheese and flavoring, mixing on
  electric mixer until well blended. Add marshmallow
  mixture; mix well. Fold in whipped cream; pour over
  crust. Chill.
  
  Garnish with maraschino cherries and pecan halves,
  if desired.
  
  Makes 1 (9") cheesecake)
