      Title: Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad
 Categories: Pasta, Vegetables, Sauces, Eggs
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      2 c  Uncooked elbow macaroni
      6 lg Hard-boiled eggs
      1 c  Mayonnaise
    1/4 c  Sweet pickle relish
      2 tb Sugar
      3 ts White vinegar
      3 ts Yellow mustard
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Coarse ground pepper
      1    Celery rib; fine chopped
    1/4 c  Chopped red onion
        ds Smoked paprika
 
  Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and
  rinse with cold water. Cool completely.
  
  Separate egg yolks from whites. Chop egg whites and set
  aside. For dressing, in a small bowl, mash egg yolks.
  Stir in mayonnaise, relish, sugar, vinegar, mustard,
  salt and pepper until blended. In a large bowl, combine
  macaroni, egg whites, celery, onion. Add dressing and
  toss gently to coat.
  
  Refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with paprika and if
  desired, additional egg.
