      Title: Crunchy Tuna Wraps
 Categories: Seafood, Vegetables, Breads, Greens
      Yield: 2 servings
 
  6 3/8 oz Pouch light tuna in water
    1/4 c  Fine chopped celery
    1/4 c  Chopped green onions
    1/4 c  Sliced water chestnuts;
           - chopped
      3 tb Chopped sweet red pepper
      2 tb Mayonnaise
      2 ts Prepared mustard
      2    (8") spinach tortillas; room
           - temp
      1 c  Shredded lettuce
 
  In a small bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients until
  blended. Spread over tortillas; sprinkle with lettuce.
  Roll up tightly jelly-roll style.
