      Title: Crunchy Tuna Salad w/Tomatoes
 Categories: Seafood, Vegetables, Herbs, Herbs
      Yield: 4 servings
 
    2/3 c  Mayonnaise
    1/2 c  Chopped sweet onion
      1    Celery rib; chopped
      1 ts Minced fresh parsley
           +=OR=+
    1/4 ts Dried parsley flakes
    3/4 ts Pepper
     12 oz Can albacore white tuna in
           - water; drained, flaked
      4 md Tomatoes; in wedges
 
  In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion, celery,
  parsley and pepper. Stir in tuna. Serve with tomato
  wedges.
