MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Mr. Ernie's Clam Dip
 Categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Dips, Appetisers
      Yield: 3 Servings
 
      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
      1 c  Sour cream
    1/4 ts Cayenne
    1/4 ts Tabasco sauce
    1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce
      2 tb Green onion; chopped
  1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
      1 tb Parsley; chopped
     10 oz Can Minced clams; drained
           - or 2 small cans
 
  A favorite dip during hurricane parties in Galveston.
  
  Put all ingredients in blender in order given and blend
  thoroughly. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
  
  Serve with any type chips or raw vegetables.
