      Title: Cheesy Onion Potatoes (Charlie Parker's Diner)
 Categories: Five, Potatoes, Cheese, Vegetables
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      6 md Baking potatoes; unpeeled,
           - diced
    1/4 c  Butter
      1 oz Env onion soup mix
      6 oz Shredded Cheddar cheese
      5    Green onions; chopped
 
  Set oven @ 400ºF/205ºC.
  
  Place potatoes in a 9" by 13" baking dish coated with
  cooking spray. Dot with butter, and sprinkle dry onion
  soup mix over the top.
  
  Cover and bake 25 minutes; uncover and stir. Cover and
  bake an additional 30 minutes or until potatoes are
  tender. Sprinkle with cheese and green onions; serve
  immediately.
