      Title: The Classic Hot Toddy

  1 1/2 oz Brown liquor; brandy, whisky
           - or rum
      1 tb Honey
    1/2 oz Lemon juice
      1 c  Hot water
           Lemon wedge, cinnamon stick
           - and/or star anise; garnish

  Combine the first four ingredients into the bottom of a
  warmed mug. If desired, garnish with the lemon, cinnamon
  stick or star anise.
