      Title: Mama's Garlic Chicken (Boston Market)
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 servings
 
  3 1/2 lb Whole chicken
      1 tb Olive oil
    1/2 ts (ea) salt & black pepper
     12 cl Garlic; peeled
      1 c  Chicken broth
 
  Set oven @ 400ºF/205ºC.
  
  Place chicken in a lightly greased shallow pan. In a
  small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and pepper. Rub on
  chicken.
  
  Place garlic in chicken cavity. Pour broth into chicken.
  
  Bake, uncovered, 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours or until no longer
  pink in center, basting occasionally with broth. Let sit
  5 minutes, then cut and serve.
