MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Hotel Rice Pudding (Wm. Len Hotel)
 Categories: Rice, Dairy, Fruits
      Yield: 8 servings
 
    1/4 c  (1/2 stick) butter
    1/2 c  Sugar
      3 lg Eggs
    1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 pt Sour cream
      1 c  Raisins
    1/3 c  Chopped maraschino cherries
      3 c  Cooked long- or whole-grain
           - rice (not instant)
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Coat a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
  
  In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. With an
  electric mixer, beat in eggs one at a time. Add
  remaining ingredients and mix well. 
  
  Pour into prepared dish and bake 45 to 50 minutes, or
  until center is set.
