      Title: Deviled Eggs Benedict
 Categories: Five, Eggs, Breads, Pork
      Yield: 2 Servings
 
      1    English muffin
      2 lg Eggs; poached
           Hollandaise sauce
  4 1/4 oz Can Underwood Deviled Ham
           - Spread
 
  Split and toast muffins. Thinly spread Deviled Ham Spread
  and place in oven 5 minutes. Remove; place a poached egg
  on each half muffin or toast. Pour Hollandaise sauce over
  each half, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
  
  Yield: 2 servings
